Q1. Does this offer cover all Fisher & Paykel Kitchen Packages?

No. It covers selected Fisher & Paykel Kitchen Packages purchased from a participating The Good Guys retailer nationally during the promotional period.

Q2. How do I claim?

You must have purchased qualifying Fisher & Paykel Kitchen Package during the promotion date at a participating retailer to be able to claim for the Free Gourmet Hamper. To claim, you must register your appliance online at www.fp.com.au within two (2) weeks of purchase. Once the claim is validated by Fisher & Paykel, the claimant will be sent their Gourmet Hamper.

Q3. What is the Gourmet Hamper that I am claiming for?

Claimants are entitled to receive Raw Materials 'A Taste of Italy' gourmet hamper valued at up to $260.00.

* The specific contents of these hampers may vary slightly according to availability and may be substituted with other items of the same value.

Q4. Can I have the Free Gourmet Hamper transferred to a friend or associate?

Yes. You will have the option to enter in a preferred delivery address when you fill in your claim. Once this address has been entered and submitted, you cannot alter the delivery address.

Q5. If I return any of the qualifying Fisher & Paykel product(s) under any returns policy, must I cancel/return my Free Gourmet Hamper?

Yes. Hampers should be returned to Fisher & Paykel. See Terms & Conditions for more details.

Q6. I bought my Fisher & Paykel Kitchen Package before 1st May 2010. Can I still claim the Free Gourmet Hamper?

No. This offer is only on authorised The Good Guys retailer purchases made between May 1st and September 30th 2010 on selected Fisher & Paykel Kitchen Packages.

Q7. Do I need to physically receive the Fisher & Paykel qualifying appliances to register in the promotion?

Yes. You are required to submit the Serial Number(s) of your products in order to successfully register for the claim. This Serial Number can only be found on the appliance.

Q8. Can I purchase the Fisher & Paykel qualifying products from any retailer?

No, it must be an Australian retail purchase of A-grade or trade-seconds Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliances from any participating The Good Guys dealer nationally. The purchase of the Kitchen Package must take place in one (1) transaction. Layby’s will not be accepted unless paid in full between the redemption dates.

Q9. How is the Gourmet Hamper sent?

Your Gourmet Hamper will be sent via Courier.

Q10. Do I need to send in my original receipt?

No. A copy of your original receipt will be accepted. The online registration system does provide for a scanned receipt to be submitted. If you cannot scan the receipt then mailed copies are acceptable. Please ensure the copy clearly specifies the store of purchase, relevant model number, payment in full made within Australia and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to claim.

Q12. Can I exchange the Gourmet Hamper for cash?

No. The Gourmet Hamper cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods.

Q13. I do not have a computer/access to the web. How do I claim?

You can only claim if you have access to the internet. Local libraries, shopping centres or internet cafes are some suggested places you could try to get onto the internet.
