Claims are only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Promotion commences on 01.05.10 and ends on 31.07.10 ("Promotional Period"). Final online claims close/last mail submitted by midnight 31.07.10.
The offer is only available with the purchase of selected Fisher & Paykel Kitchen Packages from any participating The Good Guys dealer in Australia during the promotional period. Claimants must purchase:
A selected oven (OB60SCMX, OB60SCEX, OB60B77CEX, OB60SDEPX) and cooktop (CG604CWCX, CG604DWFCX, CE604CBX, CE604DTB) plus any Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliance
Freestanding Cooker OR60SDBGFX plus any Fisher & Paykel rangehood
The purchase of the Kitchen Package must take place in one (1) transaction.
This offer applies only to retail purchase (paid in full) of selected A-grade or trade-seconds Fisher & Paykel Kitchen Packages. Products are to be paid in full. Layby’s will not be accepted unless paid in full between the redemption dates.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for mail that is lost, delayed or misdirected, or for illegible claims. Mailed copy of Proof of Purchase must be received by the Promoter within two (2) weeks from the date of online registration is received by the Promoter, otherwise the entrant’s entry will be deemed invalid.

Claimants must tick 'Yes' to having read the Terms and Conditions on the website and supply the Serial Number(s) of the purchased Qualifying Product.
The Free Gourmet Hamper will be couriered within 48 days of the receipt of a valid claim. If the Free Gourmet Hamper does not arrive, call Fisher & Paykel Customer Care on 1300 650 765 or email customer.care@fp.com.au
Valid claims will receive premium Raw Materials 'A Taste of Italy' gourmet hamper valued at up to $260. The specific contents of these hampers may vary slightly according to availability and may be substituted with other items of the same value.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The claimant agrees that if they have obtained the Free Gourmet Hamper but then return the qualifying Fisher & Paykel product(s) (under any returns policy the store may have), they will also return the Free Gourmet Hamper to Fisher & Paykel.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one claim permitted per specified purchase requirement; and (b) each claim must be submitted in accordance with claim requirements.
Claimants must retain a copy of the original purchase receipt for all claims as Proof of Purchase. Failure to produce the Proof of Purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to an offer. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase, relevant model number, payment in full made from within Australia and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to claim. Layby’s won’t be accepted unless paid in full prior to lodging a claim. Layby’s will only be valid if the first payment was within the promotional period. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.

It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct details for the delivery address.
The Gourmet Hamper is not exchangeable, transferable or refundable for cash or any other goods.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) participation in the offer.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. If the claimant does not mark the applicable box, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
This offer is not applicable to trade (commercial) or wholesale suppliers.
Claims will be invalid if:
Proof of Purchase details fail to match registration details.
Qualifying purchase has not been paid in full.
The Fisher & Paykel qualifying product is on a backorder (i.e. Not in stock in the store during the promotional period). You are required to have access to your product when filling your claim to obtain the serial number.
