Our Extended Warranty plan gives you the option of purchasing an additional 3 years warranty, on top of the manufacturers warranty period of 2 years. Extend your peace of mind with:

  • Unlimited repairs
  • Fisher & Paykel quality approved repairs
  • New for old replacement of your Fisher & Paykel Appliance if yours can not be repaired
  • Food Spoilage covers up to $300

(All subject to terms and conditions).

Extended Warranty cover can be purchased any time during the Manufacturers Warranty period. I.e. 24 months from the date of purchase.

This Extended Warranty is not an Insurance policy nor is Fisher & Paykel an insurer.

How it Works

You will be protected against the cost of repair bills caused by the electrical or mechanical failure of your appliance after the initial Manufacturers Warranty has expired.

If your appliance breaks down after your Manufacturers Warranty has expired simply call our Extended Warranty Helpline on 1300 650 590.

  1. You will be directed to one of our Authorised repairers.
  2. You will have no bills to settle as we will normally pay the authorised repair directly.
  3. You will receive your Extended Warranty Plan document within 28 days after your application is processed by us. Upon receipt please keep your Extended Warranty Plan document in a safe place as you will need to quote from it if you make a claim.
