Sydney Cooking School

Established in August 2010, Sydney Cooking School offers an eclectic range of hands on cooking classes, private dining experiences, parties & corporate events.

Located in Neutral Bay, owners and resident chefs Camilla and Brett will impart their extensive knowledge gained from working around the world in award winning restaurants while demonstrating on Fisher & Paykel's premium cooking range featuring CookSurface (the world's first retractable gas cooktop), 900mm CookSpace and the Double Paris oven to name a few.

Sydney Cooking School has hands on classes across a variety of cuisines be it Spanish paella, creating perfect pasta from scratch or if decadent deserts are more your thing try Chocolate & More Chocolate or Master Class Deserts. There are even teen classes and classes for Mums & Daughters.

Raw Materials located in Footscray, Melbourne is an intimate working kitchen warehouse that is also used as a filming and photography studio and for cooking classes.

The Sauce Kitchen positioned in the heart of Toowoomba is the ultimate providore. A one-stop-shop for anything and everything related to cooking and dining, its newly renovated interior within a lovely old heritage building provides a wonderful place to browse and shop for pots, pans, glassware, crockery, napery and cookbooks.

Grass Tree Kitchen

Grass Tree Kitchen, located in the bayside suburb of Deagon offers intimate cooking classes to participants of all ages. Born out of a genuine passion for food in late 2009 by Prue Daly & Neisha Cass, the 1920s bakery has been transformed into a state of the art cooking school equipped with Fisher & Paykel's premium cooking appliances.

Experienced local and visiting chefs offer both hands on and demonstration classes catering to all skill levels - from mastering the art of knife skills to learning the secrets of international cuisines whilst sipping on a perfectly matched glass of wine.

Black Pearl Epicure

Black Pearl Epicure, located in Fortitude Valley is one of Brisbane's most popular and well respected cooking schools. Renowned largely for its high quality Australian produce & imported delicacies such as truffles, foie gras, oil and vinegars, the introduction of the cooking school in 1997 was a natural progression taking the appreciation of gourmet delights to a new level.

Matters of Taste is Perth's longest running and most popular cooking school, offering demonstration, hands on classes as well as classes specifically designed for kids. To the Plate - Bottega Rotolo SA

Established in Norwood, South Australia in 1995 by Rosalie Rotolo Hassan, Bottega Rotolo is now an established providore offering divine cheeses, wines and other delicacies from around the world to locals in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Tasmania.

Rosalie's passion for authentic foods has led to the establishment of two cooking schools, both fittingly named 'To the Plate' in their South Australian and Tasmanian stores.

'To the Plate' South Australia offers small & intimate classes in a variety of cuisines - Thai, Indian, French provincial, Moroccan & interestingly 'Gastropub', to name a few. For those with a sweet tooth they also offer mouth watering chocolate classes, and teach the art of mastering fine pastries and cakes.
